Now more than ever, we are being called to shift the way we relate and connect with each other in the midst of complex and challenging times. We, yasmin and Jaynie, crafted a pivotal two-part workshop series on how to approach difficult conversations with more empathy, understanding, and respect.Yet, we found ourselves asking - how else can we share these tools beyond our time and capacity? Here we offer you a self-paced version of our workshop so you can take it in on your own timeframe. We practice radical care by leaning into the difficult conversations we need to have in order to move forward together. In this self-guided course we share new tools and practices on how to:
~ Listen with empathy to understand different perspectives.
~ Stay grounded in our own values and beliefs.
~ Create a space for open and honest communication.
You will learn to discern when the timing and tone are right for a conversation, and how to seek consent to begin, continue, and end conversations. You will also develop your understanding of how boundaries can support stronger relationships - even when we disagree or struggle to understand each other. We offer this course with sliding scale pricing, and free for QTBIPOC.
